It’s been 4 days since I started running a feed-only PMax campaign Results so far: - Spend: £196.02 - Revenue: £511.32 - ROAS: 2.61 - Profit Margin: 24.04% I’m looking for recommendations on how to scale from here while keeping things profitable. 🚀 Welcome to the #1 Google Ads community for D2C and dropshipping ecom operators
Hey - glad you're here. This is Google Ads eCom Lab. It's a free community for ecom operators who want to actually get good at Google Ads - not from theory, but from the system we use on 200+ live client accounts generating €200M+ in tracked sales. What this room is A Google Ads war room for D2C and dropshipping store owners. You get a full scaling course, monthly live calls, daily tactical chat, weekly templates, and a network of operators who are running the same stuff you are. 💪 ✅ The rules 1. Stay tactical. No motivation posts, no "what does everyone think of X" without a specific question. 2. No pitching. Don't promote your agency, course, SaaS, or service. Zero tolerance. 3. No generic advice. If you're answering someone, give them the actual answer - not "it depends" with nothing underneath it. 4. Confidentiality. Don't share other members' numbers, stores, or strategies outside this room. 5. Respect the room. This is an operator community - act like one. 🎯 Where to start Head to the Classroom tab. Start with module 1 ("Google Ads Masterclass for eCom Brands"). Go through the first three modules before asking questions in chat - most of the foundational stuff is covered there. If you're already advanced - jump straight to the Performance Max or ROAS troubleshooting modules and bring your specific account questions to Thursday teardowns or the monthly call. 📲 Monthly live call We run a group call every month. The date gets posted here and in the Events tab one week out. Bring your campaign, your screen-share, your question. We audit live. No pre-packaged presentations - just real accounts, real problems, real fixes. One ask If this room helps you - post your win on Saturdays. Not to flex. Because the person two steps behind you needs to see what's actually possible. That's how the room compounds. 🔥 See you in the feed, Chris

Scaling PMax Feed-Only: Full Catalog vs Focused Launch?
Hey everyone, I’ve been running a dropshipping store for about 2 months now using Google Ads (mainly to warm up the account and pixel). Currently spending around $50/day, and performance is around breakeven. Now I’m planning the next step and would really appreciate some feedback from people who have scaled with PMax. Current plan: - Launch a PMax (feed-only) campaign - Upload around 70–200 products - Focus mainly on fashion (women’s categories like dresses, swimwear, sandals, etc.) - Budget: starting around $100/day and scaling up My main questions: 1. Is it better to start with a smaller, curated catalog (70–100 products) or upload everything (150–200+) from the start? 2. Should I: Focus on one gender (women) for cleaner data Or run men + women in separate campaigns from day one? 3. From your experience, what matters more for PMax scaling: Number of products Or tight niche focus + product quality? Goal: I want to scale fast with PMax feed-only, not just test slowly — but also avoid wasting budget on a messy setup.

@Ricardo Fernandes No i only remove SKU's (not products) if they spend 20pounds (sometimes it depends on the product selling price) but if for example all SKU's of the same product spend a lot with no results yes i do kill the product

@Ricardo Fernandes You should organize your feed with Labels and use for example one of the labels as the product status (NEW,BEST SELLER,KILL) and include in your campaign JUST NEW and BEST SELLERS for example
PMAX FEED ONLY VS STANDARD SHOPPING (FRESH STORE)
Hey everyone 👋 I'm about to launch a brand new Google Ads account for a women's fashion dropshipping store (100 products). Budget is $100/day to start. Plan is to scale fast if we get good results. Here's the debate I'm going back and forth on: Option A Standard Shopping (one campaign, all niches in ad groups) - Full control - Search term data from day 1 - No learning phase burn - But slower, no remarketing, more manual Option B PMax Feed-Only (one campaign, all niches via custom labels in listing groups) - Faster to find buyers - Dynamic remarketing built in - Algorithm self-optimises across niches - But 7–14 day learning phase, less visibility For a brand new account with zero conversion history, $100/day, multi-niche fashion store what would you actually run? Did you start with Standard Shopping to build data first, then move to PMax? Or did you go straight PMax Feed-Only and make it work? What were your results in the first 30 days? Would love to hear from people who've tested both.
