So this is one thing that one of my peer mentors, the founder of Alle-AI told me. Don't chase profit; create a product customers would love. When he said that, I realized the amount of relevance that statement held. Because of your goal is towards making profit, then subconciously the product itself comes second, then your customers or consumers come after that. What that means is that you are going to get a substandard product and most probably not going to get the profit you are after because customers would not love a substandard. On the flip side, chasing profit while developing a product might work if your product provides non negotiable convenience for the consumer. But either creating a product customers love is a much healthier alternative for any business. But here's where I will take it further and it's very powerful so listen Don't only create product customers would love but rather products customers would be hooked to. Because you are not forming a love relationship here(love only doesn't cost people to spend) , you are forming a relationship of repeat purchases. How can your customers engage in repeat purchase if they are not hooked to your product? So in essence, as an entrepreneur and upcoming business leader create a product/ services your services your audience will be hooked and can't do without. To get the customer hooked is your goal.
