The Little Things Matter
One of the greatest opportunities we have as Go-Givers is to pay attention to the little things.
People may not remember every conversation, but they’ll often remember how you made them feel. A thoughtful question, remembering a name, following up on something important, or a small act of kindness can strengthen a relationship in ways we may never fully realize.
