Growth Is Your Responsibility
We can learn from great teachers, mentors, and coaches. But eventually, we have to take what we’ve learned and put it into practice. That’s where growth really happens. Who has helped you grow—and what’s one lesson from them that you’re actively applying today?

What does your out of office message say about you
Every interaction is an opportunity to create value: even when you’re out of the office. Most out-of-office messages simply explain why we’re unavailable. What if they also made people feel appreciated? This video shares one simple idea that can strengthen relationships and leave a lasting impression with very little effort. 👇 After you watch, I’d love to hear from you. Take a look at your current out-of-office message. What’s one change you could make to help people feel more valued? Let’s learn from each other by sharing ideas in the comments.

The Little Things Matter
One of the greatest opportunities we have as Go-Givers is to pay attention to the little things. People may not remember every conversation, but they’ll often remember how you made them feel. A thoughtful question, remembering a name, following up on something important, or a small act of kindness can strengthen a relationship in ways we may never fully realize. I hope this short video encourages you to look for one small way to intentionally create value for someone this week. 👇 After you watch it, I’d love to hear from you. What’s one small act of thoughtfulness you’ve experienced or done that made a lasting impact on a relationship? Let’s learn from each other. Your story may inspire someone else to intentionally create value this week.

One of the best ways we can learn is from each other. This week, I’d love to hear about your experiences living the Go-Giver Way. Maybe you: - Created exceptional value for someone. - Put another person’s interests first. - Received an unexpected opportunity. - Had a meaningful networking conversation. - Learned a lesson from one of the Five Laws. - Celebrated a personal or professional win. No success is too small. Share your story below. You never know how your experience might encourage or inspire someone else. What’s one Go-Giver win you’ve experienced recently?

@Andrew Darlow fantastic tip, Andrew. I appreciate you sharing it. As for invitations with comments, I find my acceptance rate is a lot higher when my invite doesn’t have a message. My LinkedIn profile is very active so that may make a difference if they go and check it out when looking to accept my request.
A Timeless Sales Lesson That Never Goes Out of Style
One of the most famous lessons in sales is simple: People don’t buy the drill. They buy the hole. My friend Darrin DeStasio expands on this idea in his excellent book, Sell the Hole, Not the Drill. In this short video, I share one of my biggest takeaways and why it’s still just as relevant today. After you watch, I’d love to hear your thoughts: How do you help your customers see the outcome instead of just the features? Find it on Amazon: https://a.co/d/0iYUmDup
