Training with the year above

Fred has been asked to train with the year above (u7s) the coach is a professional goalkeeper and Freds best mates dad, however the coach can be quite harsh during training and I dont want this to put him off. Any advise with getting Fred ready to train with a year above? I have no clue how intense they train or what to expect 🤦🏻‍♀️
