So close this time… 😔⚽

Tough one today—ended up losing 4–3 in a very even game.

It was finely balanced at 2–2 early in the second half, but then it slipped away a bit with two quick goals to make it 4–2. Still, the team showed great character and almost managed to equalise at the end.

Overall, a really strong performance from Lizer. He couldn’t do much about any of the goals, but he made some very good saves, was brave coming off his line, and looked really confident with the ball at his feet—solid throughout.

Shame the result didn’t reflect the performance. With this result, with 4 games left and 5 points of difference, they probably are out of the gold finals, to 1st and 2nd teams, but fighting for the silver finals (3rd and 4th). Let’s see if the rest of the results of the weekend don’t push them down to the 5th place on the table, but if it happens, no worries, they will fight until the end.
