Riley's post got me thinking

I was listening to a video the other day of a man who analyses goalkeeping and he said he speaks to professional GK's and they always moan that something looked messy or they didn't do something that would of worked slightly better and then he stated that when we are playing we don't have the time to think about things our body and brain just do it instinctively and I agree i don't ever remember thinking in a match when I'm making a save about how to do it.

(I do visualise before games & i think about the when to come out for a 1v1 etc)
