This week has been my usual activities with a bit of a change around.
Monday was gym ↔️Tuesday 1:1,
Wednesday p.e and grassroots training,
today p.e but I also added in biking to and from school which was a 10 mile round trip then I did a stretch routine tonight.
My mum has booked me in for my sports massage next Thursday which I'm really looking forward to.
How do you all include recovery?
