Q: Should I go up to the next dose?
A: Doctor's call. What we can help with: bring them clean data. Hunger 1โ€“10, nausea 1โ€“10, energy 1โ€“10, weight trend over the last 3 weeks, any symptoms lasting more than a few days. They decide the dose. We make sure they have something useful to decide with.

Q: I had a binge last night. Did I ruin everything?
A: No. One meal doesn't undo weeks. Today: back to Protocol. Plate order. 80g protein. 20-minute walk. Do not skip meals today to "balance it out." That usually makes tomorrow worse. You are fine. Keep going.

Q: Scale hasn't moved in 10 days. Am I plateaued?
A: Probably not yet. A plateau is usually 3+ weeks of no change with consistent habits. Ten days is normal fluctuation. Measure your waist. Take a photo. Keep running Protocol. If nothing has shifted by Day 21, we look at Rescue.

Q: I cannot hit 80g of protein. I'm never hungry.
A: Expected. Appetite being quiet is the medication working. Stop waiting for hunger. Use a protein shake โ€” one shake โ‰ˆ a third of your floor. Front-load breakfast when stomach space is biggest. See Day 9 for the stacking approach.

Q: I feel nauseous after every meal. What do I do?
A: Three things to try today. One, slow meals down. Aim for 20 minutes per meal. Two, ease off fried and high-fat foods for 48 hours. Three, sip ginger tea after eating. If nausea holds for more than a few days after these, that's a doctor conversation. (Day 4 playbook has more.)
