Help me get started.
Finishing up my Reta. Ordered: NAD 500mg, Aicar 50mg &
GLP-2T - 10 mg. I'd like help with recon amount and dosage to start out for each please. Also, should I wait to start the GLP-2T (only doing this to follow Heather's advice since I am over 40) feeling hopeful. Love all about this switch so far.
