Zepbound and Reta
I’m currently on Zepbound however I have lost my insurance and to continue I can’t because it’s $1100. I’m looking in to something about $300 or less, supposed to be starting 7.5 mg in about a week, getting very low on my shots, I still would like to continue. Does anyone know in the “gray” market or any suggestions to get the meds, please. I kind of messed up in the last week and ate some ice cream and brownies with my kids so I have not lost much this week. I feel like I wasted a shot. I was thinking about trying “Reta” i’m just not sure who to trust if anyone had an experience with any company or even the doses please help

If you go to Heather’s website, there is a reconstitution calculator. However, I plugged in the numbers and it’s saying for a 7.5 dosage, if you add 2 mL of BAC water, you would use 22.7 units. Personally, I would probably do 22 units as I would rather be a little under than over on my dose. But it really just depends on your syringe and how easy it is to measure out a smaller number. I hope that all makes sense.

@Kelly Algiere you can always just adjust your dose on the calculator. Again I’m showing 2.5 dosage, with 2ml BAC, gives you a pin of 7.6 units or 3ml would be a dosage of 11.4 units. If going DOWN to 2.5, I’d just round it up a little to 8 or 12 u it’s, to make it easier to measure out.
SS-31
A few weeks ago started SS-31, stopped all other peps except Reta because I felt it would help my other peps work better in the long run. When I was younger, I had eyebrows like Brook Shields. In my 40s they became thinner and I had lighter spots that I would get tinted. Today when I went to do my makeup, I realized my sparse eyebrow spots had filled back in, my eyebrows are fuller and my skin is so clear! Then I realized, I don’t think I’ve actually filled them in at all this week. Could it be the SS-31?

NAD+ /MOTS-C
@Heather Zader what have you observed that seems to be a good consistent dose for NAD + and Mots-c for women over 40. (I am 48) I have reacted well to both of them and I just re-ordered again and wanted to see what you would recommend for a protocol I can write down …thanks so much!

@Tara McMahon I’ve been told in the morning, in a fasted state, waiting 1-2 hours before eating. So I do it as soon as I wake up in the morning, then get ready for my day.

Hi everyone! I’m 54, post menopausal on BHRT and new to peptides. Currently on tirzepatide and NAD+, thanks to Heather and will be adding Mots-C and switching over to Reta. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me and extremely hopeful after watching Heather’s Glow-up ❤️
