Help me get started.
Finishing up my Reta. Ordered: NAD 500mg, Aicar 50mg & GLP-2T - 10 mg. I'd like help with recon amount and dosage to start out for each please. Also, should I wait to start the GLP-2T (only doing this to follow Heather's advice since I am over 40) feeling hopeful. Love all about this switch so far.

Hello I got my vial of NAD + 500 I’m not sure 🤔 n the size of the vial. It’s bigger than a 10, so either 20 or 30. So you constitute using the 500 for dose right?

New to NAD .. just trying it out. what is the most common amt of Bac water for the 500 vial and what is the preferred dosage? daily? weekly?
