Your Mitochondria: The Tiny Powerhouses That Keep You Alive
Every single cell in your body depends on tiny structures called mitochondria to create energy. They take the nutrients you eat and the oxygen you breathe and convert them into ATP—the fuel that powers everything from your heartbeat and brain function to muscle movement, healing, and healthy aging. As we get older, our mitochondria naturally become less efficient. This can contribute to fatigue, slower recovery, brain fog, decreased metabolism, and many of the signs we associate with aging. The good news is that healthy lifestyle choices—along with emerging research into mitochondrial-supporting compounds—may help improve mitochondrial function. Understanding your mitochondria is the first step toward understanding how your body creates energy, repairs itself, and supports longevity. When you take care of your mitochondria, you're taking care of every cell in your body.

Reta/Cag blend
Hello all!! I’m need help reconstituting RETA/CAG 12.5 MG/2.5MG. How much bac do I use? 150 units? Also, do I take my normal 40 unit dose?

BAC water is what reconstitutes your pep. You honestly can use any amount. The more you use the more units will be in your syringe so keep that in mind. You can use 1.0 ml, 1.5 ml, 2 ml or 3 ml . Just document with every pep what is your dose, strength and how much BAC water. Example: your starting dose of the blend is 1 mg a week, strength is 15 mg (this is always the amount listed in mg on the label of you pep bottle) and you used 2 ml of bac water. You plug ALL this info into a pep calculator and you now have how many units you should take . I do not know what dose you are on, To do your actual calculation, so again , this is just an example. It is honestly that simple! This is the calculator on glowwithheather.com. You must use one to be accurate. Depending on your personal dose, vial strength, and BAC water used changes the outcome of every pep calculation as they are all different so always log everything on paper or go to Pepstracker for free and you can log all ur peps there. Remember BAC water is the tool/delivery method to get the pep from bottle to syringe to the researcher. Hope this helps , pictured is the example using the calculator and numbers I chose
