Evening All, my name is Ed Philpot. Have been working with Sam for just under a year now. My fitness journey started 2 and a half years ago now when I signed up for the London Marathon with my brother. As someone who suffers with IBD for the last 6 years, fitness and health has been something that I have struggled with a lot but have found regular exercise along with the meal plans and advice from Sam and targets throughout the year has helped massively. My go to meal has to be Salmon with orzo and green beans, great dish to start the week off with! Honourable mention - turkey bolognese. If I could only do one exercise it would have to be running. Have found it a great way of switching off from the world and having some good time with friends in the gym or on the roads. EP

Thanks for the invite Sam! Hey guys, my names Dan, I love anything fitness which is a different story to the Dan from 5 years ago! Since 2020 I've managed to shift 5 stone, trying different sports and excercise, until I found hyrox and crossfit, which I'm now obsessed with and compete often, currently working solely on crossfit trying to get stronger, learn and hone new skills to get me prepped for some upcoming comps! And last year started working with Sam who's taken my nutrition to the next level, which has been a game changer, looking forward to a chat and hearing your guys stories!

Yes, yes, team! I'd love it if we could get some intros popping in the chat!πŸ™Œ I'll kick us off... Sam Girling 1. My current goal is to qualify for the Hyrox World Championships 25/26 in Stockholm. I have 2 Pro Solo Races lined up in Valencia and Madrid, and I hope to achieve this at one of these races. 2. Go-to meal has got to be some variation of a chicken pasta. I'll throw in all sorts of different herbs, spices, veggies, and bases. Ideal for meal prep, and offers a good balance of macros for intense training. 3. Simple answer: Running (and more for the mental benefits than physical, actually). I look forward to all of your Intros! Let's get rolling...
