Evening All, my name is Ed Philpot. Have been working with Sam for just under a year now. My fitness journey started 2 and a half years ago now when I signed up for the London Marathon with my brother. As someone who suffers with IBD for the last 6 years, fitness and health has been something that I have struggled with a lot but have found regular exercise along with the meal plans and advice from Sam and targets throughout the year has helped massively. My go to meal has to be Salmon with orzo and green beans, great dish to start the week off with! Honourable mention - turkey bolognese. If I could only do one exercise it would have to be running. Have found it a great way of switching off from the world and having some good time with friends in the gym or on the roads. EP
