I'll kick us off...
Sam Girling
  1. My current goal is to qualify for the Hyrox World Championships 25/26 in Stockholm. I have 2 Pro Solo Races lined up in Valencia and Madrid, and I hope to achieve this at one of these races.
  2. Go-to meal has got to be some variation of a chicken pasta. I'll throw in all sorts of different herbs, spices, veggies, and bases. Ideal for meal prep, and offers a good balance of macros for intense training.
  3. Simple answer: Running (and more for the mental benefits than physical, actually).
