Do we deactivate the bot?
Just wondering, what are you guys doing with the bots once it's performed its task. So for instance if I have a bot and its sole objective was to get a prospect to book an appointment do you just leave it active with that prospect and it just lies dormant or do you deactivate it somehow.
Unsubscribe issues in GHL
I'm trying to add an unsubscribe link to the emails inside my workflow automations, but my account only shows the inline/simple email editor for workflow emails. In this editor: - There is no Footer tab - There is no "Show Unsubscribe" toggle - There is no drag-and-drop builder - There is no template button - There is no option to save the email as a template - Typing {{unsubscribe_url}} or {{unsubscribe_text}} does not render a real unsubscribe link (it sends literally as text) I also tried: - Preview → doesn’t render unsubscribe (expected) - Send test emails → still does NOT replace the merge tag - Adding new email steps → still opens the same simple editor - Looking for New Builder / Classic Builder switch → not available - Searching subaccount/agency settings for Email Builder 2.0 toggle → can’t locate it Basically, all my workflow email steps are stuck using the old Inline Workflow Email Editor, which appears to not support unsubscribe links, and I can’t upgrade them to the new builder from inside the workflow. I’m trying to figure out: 1. How to enable the New Email Builder inside workflow email steps in my subaccount 2. How to get the unsubscribe merge tag to actually render, or 3. Whether there is a setting or permission I need enabled (Labs, Agency, Subaccount) Any help would be appreciated because right now workflow emails can't add unsubscribe links at all using the editor I’m seeing.
GHL AI Agent - Appointment Scheduling
Is anyone using a GHL AI Agent to successfully schedule appointments? My agent is active, but it's not reading the calendar correctly when serving up appointment times. It does well on the first shot or the first available day, but breaks down when I test with more complicated scenarios like appointments tomorrow or next week.

Hey! I was curious if any of you guys have made a laundromat website in HighLevel before, and how you kind of organized the services page and calendar. My client wants to set it up so the user can pick whether they want their laundry picked up or dropped off in the morning or afternoon on Tuesday. Then, they want the user to be able to pick whether their laundry is picked up or dropped off in the morning or afternoon on Thursday. How would I implement this into HighLevel?
