I finally got A2P verified. So I'm on this screen and it has these check marked, which I understand means it's more compliant. But I feel like including this verbiage in the texts makes it come off to the recipient as more of a spam/mass text vs maybe looking like a one-to-one personal text. Is it recommended to still include have these check marked even still?

So I am trying to add my client's card on file to their subaccount wallet without having to reach back out to them via phone to get it. I want to send them the secure payment link. I've been told this can be done, however, when I go into their subaccount, then billing, I get this:

So I went ahead and set up refilling for my sub accounts, but it's weird because as soon as I linked one sub account to one of the client's stripe accounts, it then activated the other sub account to Stripe even though I hadn't connected their Stripe to their subaccount yet...if that makes sense? Is there not a way to set up a wallet for the sub accounts or is that only for agencies? So how does the refilling work? Does it come out of my agency wallet, and then charges the sends them a bill or automatic charge from my account? I'm just so confused on all this sub account rebilling/wallet stuff.

So I recently closed my first 2 clients and while I collected payment for their monthly service, I forgot to tell them that in addition to that they will incur usage based fees (emails, texts, voice AI, etc). What would be the best script to send them via text/email to explain I need to get their card info again to have on file for the usage charges? And is there a way to set this up their wallet within GHL with some sort of payment form vs using Stripe and doing it manually?

I've tried several, and wondering what others think gets the most bang for the buck
