Call recordings stopped — inbound & outbound affected (Germany)
Hey everyone,I’m running into a problem and I wonder if others have seen this too. Up until a few days ago, after making calls in GHL I would automatically get a recording of the conversation with the customer. But now it only shows “outbound call” — no more recording and no transcription. Some details for context: - Using GHL in the browser (always up to date). - We’re based in Germany and use a German phone number (area code 04331). - I have admin rights, but the issue looks the same regardless. - We’re on the middle plan (not SaaS mode). - The issue affects all of our sales reps, on every PC. - It applies to inbound and outbound calls alike. - Not sure which phone provider/integration is behind our number (any hint where to check this in GHL would help). - I also couldn’t find the permissions settings for call recording in the system. 👉 Small request for clarity: please post only one suggestion per comment.
