My name is Zenab, from belgium, working as accountant from 9 am to 5 pm. I am 28, 1m50 and 70 kg weigh. I have 2 kids and i take care of home as well. I have insulin resistance since 7 years, and pcos with irregular periods. I want to lose weight and feel more energetic. My biggest struggle is staying consistent and make a routine for myself. My working hours are variable most of the week, and that is one of the reasons among many, that I am unable to stick to routine. Major issue is severe lack of motivation lately.
