i fell off the wagon coz of stress and anxiety but i came back stronger than before πŸ‘Š
Breakfast 2 egg omlette, multigrain slice +1 cup tea
Snack greek yogurt
Lunch 1 braun slice with 1 tsp peanut butter+ evening black coffee
Exercise 1 hr
walk half hr
dinner soup
Alhumdulilah for everything and yes i can i will IA
