Hi guys hope you all doing great! I was just busy somewhere and my routine was also not healthy but i canโ€™t forget this community that how they helped me now i am so much out of the track my cravings are going higher and my weight is going up and up ๐Ÿคฏ I am fed up of all the diet plans i tried alot but the main problem is consistency also i lost motivation because waiting and patience is also very difficult!! I know there canโ€™t be any magic on weight machine we have to wait but after waiting i couldnโ€™t found any result after alot of efforts. Need more motivation ๐Ÿ˜–
