✅ Realistic bedtime 12:00am
✅Realistic wakeup time 6:00am on (mon+Tues+wed+Thursday) and 8 am on(Friday Saturday Sunday)
✅Sleep goal:6 to 8 hours minimum
Energy levels:10/10 through out the day 2/10 after 10pm 😔
✅One sleep habit I am working on:
Honestly I used my mobile through the day only to attend calls....at night I crave to watch reels ....Meri body thaki hote ha mjhe nend ae hoti ha but Mera Dil krta ma reels Dekho ...so I will work on that n I will not use my mobile after 10:30pm.
