My name is Muskan, a housewife from Karachi. I’m 26 years old, 5’3” tall and weight 55 kgs. I have one kid. I have no medical conditions but i feel postpartum weight, tired and bloated all the time. I want to lose some weight to feel more energetic and confident. Struggling to stay consistent and make a routine.
