Currently in my mom's home it was extremely difficult to complete steps....but today I chose to walk an hour.

Focused on finishing....not on being perfect
❤️I chose to have simple + protein rich meal rather than fancy meals
❤️I chose to do 20 min workout only rather than quitting
❤️Start small...finish it anyways
✅Reflect on my growth
❤️I gained a lot of knowledge regarding my weigh loss journey... gardening... parenting n alot more

❤️I stopped blaming myself and started healing alhumdullilah
