I had protein carbs n veggies but couldn't have any source of fat that day

Most of my meals are now without distraction

Balanced 8/10 bcz fats are lacking
My plate keeps me fully satisfied
I feel full after having it
✅ Reflection
Honestly before that...I don't think much wether my body is getting nourish or I just filly my stomach....but now before every meal I will keep this in my mind
( I took rice chicken n steamed veggies)
