Why It Was Difficult:
It was a little difficult in the beginning, but now I've gotten used to it.
How I Feel After Completing It
I feel really proud of myself for choosing healthy options for eating, doing my daily walk and completing my steps. It feels like I'm doing something good and productive for myself.
One Lesson I Learned:
