Hello everyone, my name is ty and I'm new to wholesaling. I just got a property under contract and because i think I'm superhuman i thought i could get the property sold in a day or two..... turns out not that easy and anyways I'm calling realtors, sending emails etc. but struggling to get the property sold and told the owner i would get it done in a week. Its an expensive property at $550,000 but it is also a leased tri-plex in Las Vegas about a mile from the strip and produces about $40,000 a year in lease income. It has 3 tenets with a vacant studio that could add anther $10,000 a year to income. This is a great property and i would love to get it sold.
