Hey guys, new to this group. Can anyone give me a bit of knowledge around the fear I have about tcpa and cold texting laws? I am about to launch the campaign today but somehow that is a fear I need to get over. I understand we are asking if they are selling which I guess is the gray area? I have seen the other posts on this, I am in Florida for context.
