Wallet Balances within VanX Funnels
Good day Affiliates I'm making this post as per a request from one of our community members. This post is regarding your wallet balance within VanX Funnels and auto-recharges to the wallet. If you ever see a “random” amount charged to your card, it’s not a mistake. It’s just how the Wallet & Auto-Recharge system works inside your account. Here’s what’s happening: - Your Wallet Balance is what fuels your account for sending emails, texts, and calls through the system. Think of it as prepaid credits. - Auto-Recharge makes sure you never run out mid-campaign. When your balance drops below the threshold you set, the system automatically adds funds (e.g., $10, $20, etc.) from your saved card. - This prevents your emails, SMS, or calls from failing due to “insufficient balance.” In the screenshot below, the wallet is set to auto-recharge $10 whenever the balance drops below $0. That means as soon as the wallet dips negative, the system instantly tops it up - keeping campaigns running smoothly. Why this matters: - No interruptions in client communication. - Predictable top-ups (you control the amount + trigger point). - Transparency: every recharge is logged in your Wallet & Transactions tab, so you can track exactly where funds are going. So, if you notice a charge like $10, $20 etc on your card, it isn’t random - it’s your system keeping your campaigns alive. You can view you wallet/billing settings by going to: 1. Your account 2.
