I've come to the conclusion that posting on any platform( jab jab hook ) is advertising essentially. I have been paying to attention to adverts on tv quite closely lately. Everyone of them has a niche they are directed at. There is a jab maybe 2 and then the value. Sometimes done in 15 seconds sometimes in 30 seconds and sometimes 60 seconds. It is all in the hook and value. Our posts should be like that. Your comments appreciated!

Gratitude... The Valley of Despair is a place every dreamer eventually walks through. It's the place where excitement fades... Progress feels slow... And you begin to wonder if all your effort is really making a difference. I've learned something powerful during those seasons. When I focus on everything I don't have, discouragement grows. But when I intentionally focus on everything I do have, something changes. Not my circumstances... Me. Gratitude has an incredible way of changing our perspective. It doesn't remove the mountain. It doesn't shorten the journey. But it gives us the strength to keep taking the next step. Here's something worth thinking about: It's very difficult to stay angry, bitter, or discouraged while you're genuinely grateful. Here's a little encouragement for those of you who are in your middle today. I think the middle is the hardest part of any process because the middle has no narrative. Even failure has a narrative. If something doesn't work out, at least you can look back and say, "Here's what I learned. Here's who I became." Success has a narrative too. We all enjoy telling that story. But the middle? The middle doesn't make sense. It's where we start wondering if we've made a mistake. It's where the doubts get loud. It is where we are tempted to write a negative story simply because we don't yet know how this one ends. If that's where you are today... Don't let the absence of clarity become the presence of a negative narrative. Particularly if you've stepped out, taken a risk, started something new or are believing for something that really matters to you. Stay strong. Don't quit just because you're in the middle. One day the middle will become part of the story you're grateful you didn't walk away from.
