Eugene said something last night that really sunk in for me. It was something quietly powerful: Overwhelm doesn’t actually exist in the present moment. But if one slow things down and come back to right now, something shifts. Because in the present moment, there isn’t a mountain to climb. There isn’t a hundred things to figure out. There is only one next step. And that’s where things begin to feel lighter. Clarity doesn’t come from trying to do everything. It comes from gently narrowing your focus to what is right in front of you — and taking that one small step. So if today feels a little heavy or unclear, don’t try to solve it all. Just come back to the present moment… and begin there.
