The Valley of Despair...
It's the place where excitement has faded...
The results haven't arrived yet...
And you're tempted to wonder if all the effort is worth it.
The truth is...
The valley isn't proof that you're failing.
It's proof that you're growing.
Because the valley strips away everything except your commitment.
It tests your patience.
It strengthens your discipline.
It deepens your character.
And it teaches you to keep moving even when you can't yet see the summit.
Here's what I've learned:
If you spend your time looking at how far you still have to go...
You'll feel overwhelmed.
But if you focus on taking the next step...
You'll eventually find yourself standing where you once only dreamed of being.
Don't measure your journey against the mountain.
Measure it against the person you were yesterday.
Keep learning.
Keep showing up.
Keep serving.
Keep taking the next step.
One day you'll look back and realise that the valley wasn't the place where your dream nearly ended...
It was the place where you became the person capable of living it.
The valley isn't where your dream dies... it's where your character is built.
Don't count the distance. Count the next step and keep going...
