Whats your Niche?
Hey Team! I did my first meetup here in San Diego hosted by Steve Anderson and Adam Catledge.
Talking to Steve Anderson, I asked him for some advice and he essentially told me that I need to narrow everything down - be specific and focused on one lending strategy as a new Gator.
From the exit strategy, to the market you're lending, down to the specific type of transaction.
Initially - and as time goes on and experience builds you can diversify.
Im curious if any of you have a specific Lending niche?
