Double Close Wholesaler Connection
Hi Team, Ive made a pretty strong connection with a Wholesaler/Agent that works for a broker doing ONLY double closes. Any suggestion how I can work this relationship and wedge myself as a Double close lending option for him? My strategy: Be authentic and provide value trying to help him find a buyer - let the relationship grow organically and pitch my way to be the funding partners in those transactions. any advice would be great!

Whats your Niche?
Hey Team! I did my first meetup here in San Diego hosted by Steve Anderson and Adam Catledge. Talking to Steve Anderson, I asked him for some advice and he essentially told me that I need to narrow everything down - be specific and focused on one lending strategy as a new Gator. From the exit strategy, to the market you're lending, down to the specific type of transaction. Initially - and as time goes on and experience builds you can diversify. Im curious if any of you have a specific Lending niche?

@Paul Brown Hey Paul! I have been doing some outreach within other facebook groups - looking for some wholesalers to work with. But i am looking forward to learning how you teach outreach and deal finding.

We had this week off of calls while we made some transition behind the scenes, and we are now starting to layer in calls for the next two months.
