RQF does all the above so each member can focus on finding deals with confidence that everything else is taken care of. They don't need to build and run a full scale lending business to make $10k per month or more. That makes it significantly easier and faster, but it does not make it easy and fast. 👈💯 🔁 Read that again. It takes time and effort to work through the acquisition steps that lead to generating $10k or more a month, consistently. Hi all! Quick question about Echo funding! In the examples I have seen, Echo funding allows for the Wholesaler to increase their B-C price. Is this done because: 1 - they just can, since they are essentially providing the end buyer a service/favor and want a higher cut 2 - its actually cheaper for the end buyer to pay more in assignment than it is to go out and get a traditional gap loan and have an expensive and risky 2nd position loan?

What should we discuss. I have 60-90 min to prep so I was thinking of doing a Morby deep dive. Who wants that 👇 or what other topics would be helpful to us?
