POF w Morby and HML
Hi team, my lead has asked for a proof of funds. He filled out the HML form. Has not started the Morby part yet. I will do that with him on a call. Or that’s the plan. I know a POF is +1% but seller won’t sign LOI till POF supplied. It’s a car wash and service business.
