#WednesdayWin Seller Carry-back (Morby Method) deal funded this past week in South Carolina 🙌🏼 Many investors are doing deals creatively, even in Attorney states! Only difference is that instead of transactions closing within same day/24 hours, the Attorney states are closing within 72 hours - So, just need to be mindful of timeline on that.
