Delay of game 😷
Sort of a note to self ... I have fallen ill. Too much transactional excitement. Some of the latest chats before I got too under the weather to concentrate:
A gal with a 2 for 1 seller finance opportunity but can't do the deal on her own.
A realtor/investor weighing options on a large lot with 3 units, room for a 4th, $1M estimated value.
A few others attempting to buy or partner on distressed assets, 2 single and 1 commercial.
They're a bit more off target than I need ... but it all adds up and I'll maintain discipline. But I tend say hi to the turtles and the rays and the eels ... like Dory 🤪
