Welcome @David Leal , and my apologies for such a late entry to the community. I'm traveling for seminars, and of course this is when my laptop decides it's time not to start up. I'm happy to have you join us and interested to hear what gymnastics skills you're working on! Are you currently following one of my programs with FGA or Invictus, or maybe another program? Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to hearing from youπŸ’ͺ🏼

HS Walk Level 1+
Hi @Travis Ewart 😊 Program going well so far. Just one thing I seem to be wholly incapable of doing yet: donkey kicks. In particular, back-to-wall donkey kicks. Cannot even begin to get my feet up to the wall. I keep thinking this may be because I have such long legs, but I don’t know. I know everything is programmed for a reason, but is it ok to utterly suck at these and just keep trucking? πŸ˜‚ Cheers! Kendra
Ring swings and MU
@Travis Ewart I was little anxious to try an MU. I hadn’t done one since August (at a competition). Just had been ignoring them! Ha! Beginning half of 2025 I was really working on bringing back my skills after having baby and being postpartum. By February I got my first BMU. By March I got my first RMU. But after the comp I did in August, I just focused on workouts rather then specific gymnastics drills. I really enjoyed doing all the strict MU work today and ring swings etc. I feel like those muscles were not being worked for a while. Goal is to keep practicing these drills to get a more confident muscle up again. Today I can tell my timing was off. But hey I still got one! πŸ₯² Ring swings- I don’t feel as banana like (hollow) as you show in your demo video. Any tips?
