Though this is a 6 month program, you are likely to gain the skill much sooner, and you only need to train 10 minutes per day!
T2B aren't as straight forward as it may seem. Body proportions (long legs, short legs, heavy legs, light legs) make a HUGE difference, and with my help you will understand how to make YOUR body's proportions work for you.
