The other day, I met up with some friends, and in the middle of our casual conversation, we started talking about food and which of the two foods each of us preferred. The conversation went on for a while because, after all, everyone has their own preferences and their own reasons for why they prefer one over the other. And then I thought, why not ask this here in the community? To start things off, Iโ€™ll ask: Do you prefer nuts or cookies for a snack? why?

Since I know that sports nutrition raises a LOT of questions, it only makes sense to hold a weekly Q&A session. Feel free to ask ANYTHING related to nutrition for endurance athletes. It doesnโ€™t matter if you think itโ€™s a silly question. Everything should be questioned, and no one is born knowing everything. I wasnโ€™t born knowing everything either. Even though I attend nutrition and health conferences and take courses, I feel like I still have a lot to learn.
