Hello Freight Friends - I hope everyone is great!

I have a plea for help that I'm hoping someone can provide me a lead on who/where to contact FedEx Freight.

We're a "new" (since '24) brokerage and have been onboarding with National LTL carriers the last few months and have had great success at doing-so due to our current volume and 30+ year combined experience in the industry.

I'm having the HARDEST time getting anyone from FedEx freight to contact me back. I've emailed the supposed 3PL team, I've left VMs---to no avail. We've used them for several years, again under a different MC.

Anybody have any suggestions on how you were successful at getting pricing setup with FedEx freight?
