Well what a week we had! Started with a lesson with Floss, punctuated by cakes at the cafe at the bottom of Grand Pre lift. A slightly snowy day on Monday which led to phenomenal conditions on Tuesday with lots of fresh snow. And bluebird days for the rest of the week. I skied with two of my daughters, two granddaughters and son in law. Best bit was seeing Erica (7) and Philippa (5) progress to skiing parallel, coping with red runs and moguls. Just a brilliant time - staying in La Daille worked well, allowing us to explore much of Val D’Isère and Tignes. Good snow, good weather and good company.

Enjoyed another week in Tignes last week with my daughters and son in law - they particularly enjoyed lunching in Brevieres and going to Folie Douce. Some bluesky days and good snow conditions.

A good week in the Schladming area of Austria, last week with a great bunch of people. Relentless reds, some low cloud but also some bright clear days to finish the week. Nice quiet resort I don’t think I ever queued for a lift the whole week. A warm up ahead of our trip to Val D’Isère in 3 weeks’ time.

Lydie and I met up with a lovely lady called Emmanuelle (‘whatEmmanuellesees’ on YouTube) who creates content about skiing in the area. We were also joined by Mark who is her ski instructor. They roasted us on some of the best and hardest runs and we had a blast. Mark also took Lydie down a gully and some off piste. They are both big fans of your content, Floss - Mark said he frequently used your videos to help teach Emmanuelle - who is now a great skier. So there you go!
