I’m Helen, a Shamanic Practitioner and Medicine Woman. I live on the west coast of Wales, held by the mountains, ocean, and Celtic rainforest.

Late-ish to skiing and still learning. Skied mainly in France, especially Tignes where I've dabbled off-piste ..... the mountains are my special place
