Hey ladies! Hope you are all having a lovely week, any plans for the weekend?? if you are looking for some reading material, feel free to have a look through my blog for resources on breathwork. If it is all new to you and you don't know where to begin, this might be a nice way to start. I have blogs for beginners, quick breathwork techniques and somatic rituals that can help you feel calm and grounded when you need it most. Introduction & Breathwork Reset
Hi ladies, I'm very excited to share with you that our first meet up is happening! It will be in the form of an online gentle breathwork session. So it gives us a chance to meet (virtually), share anything and help shape the group into what you all want and need. Then we will do a lovely pranayama breathwork session to connect and regulate our nervous systems. No experience required, show up as you are and without any pressure. I am going to try have it recorded (still figuring out this platform) so if you miss it, you can catch up later. Hi ladies, hope you are doing well 💜 I’m curious to hear from you - what is your go to practice or way of resetting when you’re stressed or feeling depleted? Is it movement or stillness? Meditation or breathwork? Communicating with others? Dancing, journaling, or something else completely? I want this community to be created around your needs and preferences.
