This space is for women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or like their nervous system is constantly “on.” Not to fix yourself — but to slow down, reconnect, and feel safe in your body again. Inside this group, I’ll be sharing: – simple breathwork & pranayama practices – short resets you can actually stick to – gentle tools to help you feel more grounded day to day You don’t need experience. You don’t need loads of time. You don’t need to do this perfectly. I don’t want you to ever feel pressure to do anything in this community. Allow yourself to explore these practices in your own way, in your own time. Just showing up here is enough - taking interest in your wellbeing. To start, I’d love to hear from you! – Where are you joining from? – And how are you feeling lately in one word? No pressure to share loads — even just a word is perfect.
