Shoutout to @Jordan ONeal (Class of 2026). This dude’s been posting film for weeks in the Free Academy. Consistent. Dedicated. Coachable. Always asking questions. Always applying feedback. This morning I watched his latest highlight reel… 🔥 Kid was BALLING. Hard to even find things to correct. What I love most? His bio: “A dog 2026 d-lineman that’s coachable.” That mindset = next level. 👇 Check out his film below! https://www.skool.com/freedefensivelinemanacademy/film-critique?p=c57564c4 Drop a comment: what’s he doing well, and how can he sharpen up even more? Be like Jordan. Post your film. Ask questions. Get feedback. Level up. 🚀 — Coach Dheilly

This dude right here 👇 Senior year. University of Regina Rams. And he’s on a mission. Crazy part? Jacob only moved to the D-line about 2–3 years ago. Most guys would’ve folded. He doubled down. He knew he couldn’t do it alone — so he went all-in. For the last 2 years he’s been my #1 client. Morning lifts. Two-a-days in the offseason. Film sessions. Private group. Classrooms. Always active. Always improving. The detail he puts into learning technique, fixing mistakes, and mastering film study? Unreal. And it’s all paying off this year — his final college season. Jacob is living proof of what happens when you invest in yourself and refuse to stop grinding. The 🐐 of our Defensive Lineman Community. The standard for work ethic and consistency. And you’re going to see a LOT of him in our videos and classrooms. Much respect to Jacob. This is just the beginning. — Coach Dheilly

My son just completed his second game of the season this past Thursday. He starts at DE. For the first two weeks he has 7 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 9 pressures and 4 sacks. We continue to work on techniques we learn from here and other sources. Thanks for all the information in this group.
