I Fixed My Double Swipe 😮
Today I hit the field with my good friend Coach @Jeremy Zver, a former pro OFFENSIVE lineman! I told him I had a move I wanted to test… but I didn’t tell him what it was. 👀 The move? The Double Swipe. Can I pull it off against a pro O-lineman who doesn’t even know what’s coming? Watch and find out… and pick up some tips to sharpen your own double swipe while you’re at it. — Coach Dheilly

3-point stance
I've seen you say to load 90% of my weight onto my lead foot for a lower and more explosive get-off, but when I try it, I feel stuck in the ground, and it doesn't help me. Maybe I am misunderstanding the meaning of the tip, but I could use some help.

How To Beat A Double Team 😤
Every defensive lineman will face it: the dreaded 2 vs 1 combo block. If you play inside, this is your whole life. If you play outside, it’s only a matter of time before you feel it too. In today’s clip from our Private Defensive Lineman Academy Q&A, a member from Japan asked how to beat the double team. I broke it down using real college practice film! This is the kind of real film, real teaching, and real solutions we work on every week inside the private group. 👉 If you want a chance to have your film reviewed or your toughest questions answered, make sure you’re on the Waitlist for the Private Defensive Lineman Academy. ⚠️ Waitlist: (Click Here) — Coach Dheilly

Biggest thing I notice right now is you need to come out lower with your first step. When you get your hands on, you’re not getting extension, as soon as you make contact, I need you to extend and separate. Also, keep your pad level lower. Think about keeping your eyes below the offensive lineman’s chin at all times. That will help you stay low and win leverage. I do like your hustle to the ball every play though, that’s a great habit keep that up!
