I am a Class of 2028 DE from Canada going into my sophomore year. I am 6 Foot 4, 215lbs. I squat 255lbs and bench 195. I go to the field 4 times a week and do drills from the Defensive Line academy instagram and I go the gym 5 times a week. Last year I had 7 sacks as a freshman with 17 TFLs and 32 tackles. My goal is to go to a Canadian University or any D1 school. I have a 3.75 GPA. What are some tips for developing in the future you have for me? I am open to anything anyone has to say.
