Ideal size
I'm currently in my grade 10 season of highschool, playing tackle
Right now I'm 6' 2" 215ibs, which I feel like is pretty small for my position. Right now im usually only put in for long yardage situations, and our other DT (who's about 315ibs) goes in for short yardages
I'm obviously going to the gym but muscle and weight still comes on slowly, an I undersized?
